 I didn't set out to become a TV presenter; in fact, it couldn't have been further from my mind - all I've ever wanted to do is work with plants. So you can imagine my surprise whilst putting the finishing touches to a garden at the Malvern Flower Show I was told 'you'll do' by a TV crew who were searching desperately for someone interview and that this would lead to a new career on television.
It's been a busy few years and very enjoyable, mostly because I get the opportunity to meet gardeners and passionate plants people who never cease to amaze me by how willing they are to share their knowledge and experience - all of which I hope makes a good gardening programme.
